181 Competent authority may give seized records etc to public authorities (1) This section applies if a record, device or other thing is seized, or information is obtained, under the following: • division 3.2.3 (Other powers in relation to pt 3.2 vehicles); • part 3.3 (Directions to give name, records and other things); • part 3.5 (Enforcement).

(2) A competent authority may, for law enforcement purposes, give the record, device, thing or information to a public authority (including a public authority of another jurisdiction).
