169 Definitions—ch 4 In this chapter: decision-maker means an authorised person or a competent authority. internally reviewable decision means a decision prescribed by regulation. internal reviewer—see section 173. reviewable decision means— (a) an internal reviewer’s decision in relation to an internally reviewable decision; or (b) a decision-maker’s decision (other than an internally reviewable decision) prescribed by regulation.
