154 Exemption—competent authority to tell other competent authorities (1) This section applies if a competent authority— (a) gives an exemption to a class of people; or (b) gives an exemption for longer than 6 months. (2) The competent authority must tell the competent authority of a State the details of the exemption. Note State includes the Northern Territory (see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1).
