117 Withdrawal of formal warnings (1) A formal warning given by an authorised person may be withdrawn by the responsible person for the authorised person by giving the offender a notice of withdrawal not later than 21 days after the day the formal warning is given. (2) After the formal warning has been withdrawn, action may be taken against the person for the failure to comply.
