113Cancellation of improvement notices

113 Cancellation of improvement notices (1) An improvement notice given by a police officer may only be cancelled by— (a) the officer; or (b) a police officer who is senior in rank to the person who gave the (c) the chief police officer.

Formal warnings Division 3.6.2 (2) An improvement notice given by an authorised person other than a police officer may only be cancelled by— (a) the person; or (b) the appointing competent authority. (3) Written notice of the cancellation of an improvement notice must be given to the person to whom the improvement notice was given.
