110 Extensions of date or time to comply with improvement notices (a) an offender has been given an improvement notice; and (b) the due date and time for the improvement notice has not passed. (2) An authorised person may, by written notice given to the offender, extend the due date and time for the improvement notice— (a) on the person’s own initiative; or
Improvement notices Division 3.6.1 (b) if asked by the offender. (3) The due date and time may be extended more than once.
