267 Further transitionals

(1)  In this regulation –

administrative decision includes an authorisation, determination, permission and a requirement;

former regulations means the Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Regulations 2010 in force immediately before the commencement of these regulations.

(2)  An administrative decision in force under the former regulations immediately before the commencement of these regulations is taken to be an administrative decision in force under these regulations subject to the same terms.

(3)  An approval, licence, exemption or registration in force under the former regulations immediately before the commencement of these regulations is taken to be an approval, licence, exemption or registration under these regulations subject to the same terms.
