223 Applications for renewal of licences
(1) A person who holds a dangerous goods vehicle licence for a road vehicle may apply to the licensing authority for the renewal of the licence.
(2) The application must include the information required under regulation 220(2) for an application for the grant of a dangerous goods vehicle licence for the road vehicle.
(3) The application must be accompanied by the relevant fee, if any.
