213 Applications for renewal of licences
(1) A person who holds a dangerous goods driver licence may apply to a licensing authority for renewal of the licence.
(2) The application must be accompanied by –
(a) the driver licence evidence required by regulation 209 ; and
(b) the competency evidence required by regulation 210 ; and
(c) the medical fitness evidence required by regulation 211 ; and
(d) 2 recent passport-size photographs of the applicant; and
(e) the relevant fee, if any.
