65 Loader’s duties

A person must not load dangerous goods in other packaging on to a vehicle for transport if the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, the packaging is unsuitable for the transport of the goods.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—40 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—200 penalty units.
