233 Definition

In this Division—

vehicle does not include—

(a) a prime mover, or

(b) a converter dolly, as defined in the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017.

Note—

The Regulation defines a converter dolly as a trailer with 1 axle group or single axle and a fifth wheel coupling, designed to convert a semi-trailer into a dog trailer.
