155 False or misleading information
In providing information under section 3.4.12.1 of the ADG Code, a person must not include information the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—40 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—200 penalty units.
