154 Prime contractor’s duties
A prime contractor who receives information under section 3.4.12.1 of the ADG Code must ensure the information is readily ascertainable during transport of the dangerous goods.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—15 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—75 penalty units.
