138 False or misleading information
A person must not include in transport documentation for dangerous goods information the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—40 penalty units, or
(b) for a body corporate—200 penalty units.
Example—
A person named as consignor of the dangerous goods if the person is not the consignor of the goods.
