103 Prime contractor’s and rail operator’s duties

103 Prime contractor’s and rail operator’s duties

A prime contractor or rail operator must not transport goods if the contractor or operator knows, or reasonably ought to know, the goods are too dangerous to be transported.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—20 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate—100 penalty units.
