#### 70 Minister to notify adoption of code etc 70 Minister to notify adoption of code etc > > (1) If the regulations apply, adopt or incorporate provisions of a regulation, code, standard or rule, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the regulations are made, publish in the Gazette a notice giving details of places where the regulation, code, standard or rule may be obtained or inspected. > > > (2) If— > > > > > (a) the regulations apply, adopt or incorporate provisions of a regulation, code, standard or rule as in force from time to time, and > > > > > (b) the regulation, code, standard or rule is amended or replaced, > > > > the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the amendment or replacement, publish in the Gazette a notice stating that the regulation, code, standard or rule has been amended or replaced and giving details of places where the amended or replaced regulation, code, standard or rule may be obtained or inspected. > > > (3) A reference in this section to a code, standard or rule includes a reference to one that is made outside Australia.
