#### 58 Recovery of costs from convicted person 58 Recovery of costs from convicted person > > (1) The court may order that an offender must pay to a Competent Authority costs that— > > > > > (a) were reasonably incurred in taking that action, and > > > > > (b) are directly related to the investigation of the offence. > > > (2) Those costs include costs for testing, transporting, storing and disposing of the dangerous goods and other evidence.
