#### 37 Withdrawal of notices 37 Withdrawal of notices > > (1) A notice under this Part may be withdrawn at any time by the authorised officer who issued the notice or by the Competent Authority if the authorised officer or the Competent Authority is satisfied that the notice was issued in error or is incorrect in some respect. > > > (2) The withdrawal has effect when notice of the withdrawal is given to the person to whom the notice was issued.
