94K Arrest without warning An officer, a member of the Police Force or the owner, occupier, driver or person in charge of any premises, vehicle, ship or aircraft referred to in regulation 94H or 94J, or a person authorised by any of those persons, may arrest without warrant any person found committing an offence against regulation 94H or 94J in respect of the premises, vehicle, ship or aircraft.
