4 Storage of explosives (1) A person must not store explosives on premises except under and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence. (2) A person licensed to manufacture explosives on premises may store on the premises the goods manufactured under the licence. (3) Subregulation (1) does not apply if: (a) the explosives are shopgoods fireworks; or (b) the person is exempt under regulation 91.
