16 Equipment for use with explosives A person shall not sell or supply equipment for use with explosives that: (a) is unsafe for use with those explosives; and
Dangerous Goods Regulations 1985 17 (b) where these Regulations prescribe requirements in relation to the equipment when so used, does not conform to those requirements.
