134 Shotfirer's certificate (1) A shotfirer's certificate shall be in an approved form and shall specify: (a) the type of work for which the shotfirer may use blasting (b) the method of firing blasting explosives that the shotfirer may use; and (c) such other conditions as the Competent Authority thinks fit. (2) A shotfirer's certificate may authorize a shotfirer to manufacture ammonium nitrate explosive mixture for immediate use.
