87 General fire precautions
(1) Flammable liquids and gases, combustible liquids and other materials that are capable of being ignited easily and of burning strongly must be kept at least 3 m away from explosives and from stores and receptacles in which explosives are stored.
(2) All sources of ignition must be kept at least 3 m away from explosives (except properly packaged safety ammunition).
