142 Licence to use fireworks

(1) A person who uses fireworks must hold a licence to use fireworks.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a person who is using any of the following under the supervision of a pyrotechnician—

(a) display fireworks;

(b) Chinese firecrackers;
