64 Amendments not to affect the appointment of inspectors On and after 1 July 2005— (a) a person holding office as an inspector under this Act immediately before that date is deemed to be an inspector appointed by the Authority under section 11 (as inserted by the amending Act); and (b) a certificate of appointment furnished to the person under section 11(2) before that date is deemed to be a certificate of appointment given to the person under section 11(3) (as inserted by the amending Act); and (c) an identification card issued to the person under section 13(1) before that date is deemed to be an identification card issued to the person under section 11B(1) (as inserted by the amending Act).
