17I Proceedings for offences not affected by notices The issue, variation or cancellation of a provisional direction, non‑disturbance notice, improvement notice or prohibition notice does not affect any proceedings for an offence against this Act in connection with any matter in respect of which the direction was given or the notice was issued. S. 17J inserted by No. 31/2005 s. 12.
