12 Inspectors subject to Authority's directions (1) An inspector is subject to the Authority's directions in the performance of his or her functions or in the exercise of his or her powers under this Act. (2) A direction under subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or to a specified class of matter. S. 12A inserted by No. 31/2005 s. 9
