### 41 Breach of HRO order or interim HRO order > > (1) A person in respect of whom an HRO order, or an interim HRO order, is made must not contravene a condition of the order. > > > > Penalty: Fine not exceeding 40 penalty units or imprisonment for a term of 2 years, or both. > > > (2) Proceedings for an offence against [subsection (1)](#GS41@Gs1@EN) are to be dealt with in a court of petty sessions.
