50 Exclusion of personal liability
An act or omission of any of the following—
(a) the Minister,
(b) a member of Dams Safety NSW or a committee of Dams Safety NSW,
(c) a member of staff of Dams Safety NSW,
(d) an authorised officer,
(e) any individual acting under the direction of a person or body referred to above,
(f) any individual acting as the delegate of a person or body referred to above,
does not subject the Minister or any such member, officer or individual so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the act or omission was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act.
