#### 2 Commencement (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation. (2) The day fixed under subsection (1) must not be a day that occurs before the day on which Australia’s denunciation of the Convention on Damage caused by Foreign Aircraft to third Parties on the Surface takes effect.
