#### 95 Termination of levy if DSAP payment start day does not occur within 6 months after the Dairy Industry Adjustment Act 2000 receives Royal Assent (1) This clause applies if the DSAP payment start day is not fixed by a Proclamation published in the Gazette within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which the Dairy Industry Adjustment Act 2000 receives the Royal Assent. (2) Levy is not payable under paragraph 89(1)(a), (b) or (c) on the sale of a leviable milk product if the sale occurs after the end of that period. (3) Levy is not payable under paragraph 89(1)(d) on the relevant application to a person’s own use of a leviable milk product if the relevant application occurs after the end of that period.
