#### 32 Adjustment of eligibility for payment rights—death (1) The DSAP scheme may make provision for and in relation to the adjustment of eligibility for payment rights in relation to the death of an individual who held an eligible interest in a dairy farm enterprise at 6.30 pm on 28 September 1999. (2) Those provisions may include (but are not limited to) treating the trustee of the deceased individual’s estate, for the purposes of this Part and the scheme, as if the trustee had done particular things. (3) In this clause: > this Part includes: (a) the definition of overall enterprise amount in clause 2; and (b) the definition of premium component in clause 2.
