#### 31 Adjustment of eligibility for payment rights—abnormal market milk pool distributions (1) The DSAP scheme may make provision for and in relation to the adjustment of eligibility for payment rights in relation to a distribution that, under the scheme, is taken to be an abnormal market milk pool distribution. (2) Those provisions may include (but are not limited to): (a) treating a particular dairy farm enterprise, for the purposes of this Part and the scheme, as if the enterprise had delivered a particular volume of market milk during a particular financial year instead of a particular volume of manufacturing milk; and (b) treating a particular dairy farm enterprise, for the purposes of this Part and the scheme, as if the enterprise had delivered a particular volume of manufacturing milk during a particular financial year instead of a particular volume of market milk. (3) In this clause: > this Part includes: (a) the definition of overall enterprise amount in clause 2; and (b) the definition of premium component in clause 2.
