#### 120 Appointment of authorised persons (1) The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, appoint a person, or a person included in a class of persons, to be an authorised person for the purposes of this Act or of a specified provision of this Act. (2) In this section: > this Act does not include Schedule 2.
