53 Prohibitions on certain exports of regulated dairy produce to regulated dairy markets
Export where no approval to do so (1) A person is guilty of an offence if: (a) the person exports regulated dairy produce to a regulated dairy market in respect of that produce; and (b) the person does not hold an approval issued in accordance with section 54 in relation to that export.
Penalty: 180 penalty units.
Export in contravention of conditions of approval (2) A person is guilty of an offence if: (a) the person exports regulated dairy produce to a regulated dairy market in respect of that produce; and (b) the person holds an approval issued in accordance with section 54 in relation to that export but the export is not in accordance with the conditions of that approval.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
