85  Payment of penalties under the DSAP scheme to the Corporation  (1) The Commonwealth must pay to the Corporation an amount equal to each amount received by the Commonwealth by way of a penalty under clause 49.  (2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of subclause (1).
