83  Payment of dairy adjustment levy to the Corporation  (1) The Commonwealth must pay to the Corporation an amount equal to each amount received by the Commonwealth by way of:  (a) dairy adjustment levy; or  (b) penalty payable under clause 107.  (2) The Commonwealth must pay to the Corporation an amount equal to each amount of dairy adjustment levy notionally received by the Commonwealth under clause 131.  (3) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of subclauses (1) and (2). dairy adjustment levy means levy within the meaning of Part 4.
