120 Evidentiary certificates
(1) The Secretary may issue a written certificate:
(a) stating that a person is liable to pay levy in respect of one or more sales of leviable milk products; and
(b) setting out particulars of those sales.
(2) The Secretary may issue a written certificate:
(a) stating that a person is liable to pay levy in respect of one or more relevant applications to the person’s own use of leviable milk products; and
(b) setting out particulars of those relevant applications.
(3) The Secretary may issue a written certificate:
(a) stating that a specified person has contravened a levy remission provision; and
(b) setting out particulars of that contravention.
levy remission provision means:
(a) subclause 97(4); or
(b) subclause 98(4); or
(c) subclause 98(5); or
(d) subclause 99(5); or
(e) subclause 99(6); or
(f) subclause 99(7); or
(g) subclause 99(8).
