117  Persons to assist authorised persons acting under a warrant  (1) If an authorised person enters any premises under clause 115 in accordance with a warrant issued under clause 118, the occupier or the person in charge must, if requested to do so by the authorised person, provide reasonable assistance to the authorised person in the exercise of his or her power under that clause in relation to those premises.  (2) A person is guilty of an offence if:  (a) the person is subject to a requirement to provide reasonable assistance to an authorised person under subclause (1); and Penalty for contravention of this subclause: 30 penalty units.
