116  Obstruction of authorised person acting under a warrant   A person is guilty of an offence if:  (a) the person obstructs or hinders an authorised person in the exercise of the authorised person’s power under clause 115; and  (b) the authorised person exercises that power in accordance with a warrant issued under clause 118. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
