115  Powers of authorised person in relation to premises  (1) An authorised person may:  (a) with the consent of the occupier or person in charge of premises; or  (b) in accordance with a warrant issued under clause 118 in relation to premises; enter the premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether a person has contravened or is contravening a provision of this Part.  (2) If an authorised person enters any premises under subclause (1), the authorised person may:  (a) search the premises for, examine and take stock of, any leviable milk products; and  (b) search the premises for, inspect, examine, take extracts from, and make copies of, any examinable documents.
