16 Participation in companies
*[Section 16 Repealed by No. 52 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*In order to perform its functions or exercise its powers, the Authority may –
(a) be a member of a limited company; or
(b) form, or participate in the formation of, a limited company.
