#### 96A Prescribed ships (Act s 106A) (1) For section 106A of the Act, the kind of ships prescribed is international passenger cruise ships. (2) In this regulation: > international passenger cruise ship means a ship that: (a) has sleeping facilities for at least 100 persons (other than crew members); and (b) is being used to provide a service of sea transportation of persons from a place in Australia to a place outside Australia that: (i) is provided in return for a fee payable by persons using the service; and (ii) is available to the general public.
