#### 95AB Notices to Customs by holder of warehouse licence (1) For subsection 102A(1) of the Act, the goods mentioned in Schedule 1AAA are prescribed. (2) For subsection 102A(2) of the Act: (a) the time at which the period begins is the time 24 hours before the estimated time of release of the goods; and (b) the time at which the period ends is the time immediately before the goods are released. (3) For subsection 102A(3) of the Act, the prescribed period is 3 hours after the return of the goods.
