48A Transfer of depot licence
For subsection 77Z(2) of the Act, a depot licence may be transferred: (a) to the legal personal representative of a licence holder who dies; or (b) to the receiver of a company for which a receiver is appointed; or (c) to the administrator of a company for which an administrator is appointed under section 436A, 436B or 436C of the Corporations Law.
