For paragraph 64AF(5)(b) of the Act, the following laws of the Commonwealth are prescribed:

(m) Crimes (Ships and Fixed Platforms) Act 1992;
(n) Crimes (Torture) Act 1988;
(o) Criminal Code Act 1995;
