203 Transitional arrangements—Customs Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 7)
The amendments made by the Customs Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 7) applies to an application for review made under Division 5 of Part XVB of the Act made before the commencement of the Customs Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 7), unless, before that date: (a) the application has been rejected; or (b) the Minister has made a declaration in relation to the application.
