#### 189 Collector’s sales Public notice, by advertisement in the local newspapers, and by notice posted in a conspicuous place at the Customs House, shall be given of all sales on account of the Customs. No sales other than of perishable goods or living animals shall be held until after the expiry of one week from the first notification of the sale, or such longer period as the Collector determines.
