#### 159 Restricted licence (1) This regulation applies to a broker’s licence that is granted to or renewed for a natural person who does not intend to act, when the licence is in force, as a customs broker in his or her own right. (2) The licence is subject to the condition that the holder of the licence must not, when the licence is in force, act as an agent authorised by an owner of goods under subsection 181(1) of the Act.
