158Broker’s licence fees

#### 158 Broker’s licence fees (1) The fee payable for the grant or renewal of a broker’s licence that, after the grant or renewal, is due to expire at the end of 31 December 2000 is: (a) if the applicant for the grant or renewal is a natural person who does not intend to act, when the licence is in force, as a customs broker in his or her own right—$20; or (b) in any other case—$200. (2) The fee payable for the grant or renewal of a broker’s licence that, after the grant or renewal, is due to expire after 31 December 2000 is: (a) if the applicant for the grant or renewal is a natural person who does not intend to act, when the licence is in force, as a customs broker in his or her own right—$120; or (b) in any other case—$1 200. > Note: For licence expiry days, see section 183CH of the Act.
